Named after the social heart of a Balinese village, the chic, rustic style of Taman Wantilan is complemented by a delightful buffet spread and live-cooking stations for breakfast and dinner daily. The open-walled venue provides numerous vantage points for diners to sit and gaze out across the lush greenery, vibrant flowers and bustling Jimbaran Bay with blue skies giving way to a sultry sunset and finally the inky-black night.

The international repast is replete with Asian and Western favourites with specialist chefs led by Executive Chef Pasquo Bowman King on hand to share their skills and hand prepare your selections, be they your favourite noodles, pasta, seafood teppanyaki sourced from the famed nearby fish market, Singaporean chili crab or Indian temptations, all lovingly crafted for the most authentic and flavoursome results. The carvery, Balinese cuisine and wellness station are also popular stops.

The dessert room is a temperature-controlled paradise helmed by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Yusuke Aoki whose refined French technique, Japanese flair and love of local flavours result in a myriad of petit gateaux, homemade gelatos and fresh-made crepes.
