Open from 11am until 3pm the brunch is a sumptuous mix of buffet items, grill and carvery stations, along with an extensive à la carte menu complemented by chef’s succulent mini degustation pass-around dishes.

The standard package features free-flow tea and coffee along with soft drinks, juices and selected mocktails, while choosing the alcohol package adds a selection of free-flow red, white and sparkling wines, cocktails and beers.

Once seated, either within the air-conditioned restaurant or outside on the spacious terrace, the wait staff will carefully explain the menu before inviting you to indulge. Perhaps start with a plate of freshly shucked oysters or be tempted by the exceptional range of cheese and charcuterie? Or maybe choose traditional breakfast buffet favourites like smoked salmon, eggs Benedict, bacon and eggs or Sally Lynn French toast?   

Aside from breakfast dishes the à la carte menu features artisanal pastas, gourmet pizza, Asian, Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese specialities and a range of innovative international dishes. Browsing the buffet and live stations will reveal a superb range of individual dishes alongside sashimi, sushi and seafood and an outstanding carvery and grill plus a sublime collection of desserts.
