at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali
With an elegant and lush design comprising two marbled dining areas, breathtaking outdoor spaces with iconic chandeliers and exquisite details like the plush seating and delicate china, Soleil is the ultimate dining destination for those who appreciate the finer things in life. Add to that the serene white-sand beach and massive Indian Ocean right outside, Soleil brings the Mediterranean right here to Bali.
Serving Mediterranean delicacies, Soleil is already a favourite among astute foodies. Refined and exotic Pan-Asian dishes from Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand are also on offer, courtesy of the restaurant’s internationally respected chefs. All is ready to be savoured, and paired with the finest wines available.
Soleil’s Sunday brunch is one that should not be missed. The great buffet spread is decadently delicious, but that’s not all, as the brunch also offers an all-inclusive à la carte menu. Pampering the palate even further is the chef’s pass-around selection. Of course we would suggest you opt for the free-flow wine package to up the fabulous ante a notch, which includes red, white and sparkling wines, cocktails and beers.
Available from 11am to 3pm every Sunday, guests can find a variety of haute buffet items, and a hearty selection at the grill and carvery stations. The seafood tower is brimming with oysters, and huge prawns. Furthermore, diners can find foie gras and more decadent delicacies at the carving and live grill stations. Last but not least is the chocolate fountain, surrounded by many different dipping choices and an endless selection of pastries.
Considering the Sunday brunch at Soleil is a huge favourite – have we mentioned that it’s a favourite? – prior reservations are paramount.
