The flagship festival that also brought us the beloved Ubud Food Festival is once again drawing in gastronomes across the region with the return of the Kitchen Series as part of the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival, which this year runs from 26th – 30th October. The festival’s Kitchen Series, that will take places from 28th – 30th October will be briefly setting aside the books and blogs to offer a little taste of today’s culinary scene. The Kitchen Series is where the inspiration for the Ubud Food Festival all began, first created for those who prefer to learn and discover through eating. So, to best put this philosophy into action, the festival will be hosting hands-on cooking sessions with some of Bali’s best local and international chefs as they celebrate the flavours and produce of the island, including chefs and representatives from Locavore, MOKSA, Taksu Spa and Slow Food Bali. Grab your tickets early via the website to secure your spot.
