Uma Cucina at COMO Uma Ubud brings back its Italian-inspired Sunday Brunch, while glow Restaurant at COMO Shambhala Estate relaunches its healthy Sunday Brunch this August 2022.

Uma Cucina provides a chic and casual sanctuary, serving comfort Italian delights, made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant and lounge bar boasts outdoor terraces and a large communal dining table as the focal point of the venue, creating a warm atmosphere that mimics a homely kitchen. Signature dishes to try include freshly brick oven-baked pizzas, chargrilled seafood, tagliatelle alla carbonara Cucina, frittata and more. You can also pair the dishes with fine wines or creative cocktails. Available every Sunday from 11.30am to 3.30pm, the Sunday Brunchat Uma Cucina is priced at IDR400,000, with an additional IDR400,000 per person for free-flow of alcoholic beverages.

At glow Restaurant, diners can enjoy nutritious and delicious COMO Shambhala Cuisine, comprising salads, as well as energising juices and blends rich in living enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Surrounded by verdant sceneries, every Sunday, the culinary team picks an array of raw ingredients from the COMO Shambhala Estate’s vegetable garden, freshly caught seafood and finest imported grain-fed beef to create a feast to remember. The western and locally inspired brunch serves delectable dishes such as sautéed forest mushrooms; prawn, chicken and spinach shao mai dumplings; pappardelle with confit tuna; marinated lamb skewers and more. Priced at IDR 650,000 per adult and IDR325,000 per child aged 12 years old and under.
