The celebrated Italian-inspired restaurant in Ubud is taking weekend indulgence to a higher level with its new Stockyard steak offerings.

Uma Cucina is the perfect destination for those looking to wind down with a great selection of Italian cuisine. Known for its fresh, home-style cooking, the casual dining venue is part of the stylish COMO Uma Ubud. The menu highlights locally sourced produce, which includes exceptional seafood and farm-fresh organic vegetables that burst with colour and flavours.

The restaurant is now serving a new selection of dry-aged Stockyard beef porterhouse steaks imported from Queensland, Australia. Touted as one of the best meats on the market, Stockyard cattle are fed a high-energy mix of wheat, barley and sorghum so diners can expect exceptionally tender and tasty meat.

Available as 500g and 700g steaks, the 21-day dry-aged meat comes with a choice of sauces and sides. In addition, on Saturdays, diners will be accompanied by live music to further add to the dining experience. The Bistecca Cucina menu is only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
