This exciting culinary journey will showcase a collaboration between three of the island’s finest chefs as Chef Renzo Vaccheli from Above Eleven Bali is joined by Blanco Par Mandif’s Chef Mandif Warokka and Chef Ali Tan to create masterpieces in the kitchen. Expect dishes like Scallop Tiradito, 14-day aged Peking Duck and Minced Beef Pie with Rendang.
