Stepping into FIRE is akin to entering a realm illuminated by vibrant hues of white, black, red and yellow, drawing inspiration from Balinese aesthetics. The space is adorned with a chequered pattern crafted from marble, symbolising the fusion of tradition and modernity. At the heart of the restaurant hangs a mesmerising chandelier reminiscent of a Kecak fireball, radiating warmth and charm from its burnt timber ceiling. Balinese double Ikat weaving draperies add a touch of authenticity, woven in a single village in Bali, encapsulating the essence of the island’s rich culture.
From sumptuous breakfast spreads featuring fresh sashimi and baked goods to lunch and dinner menus showcasing fire-cooked prime meats and seafood, FIRE offers a diverse array of culinary delights.
