If you are looking for a stunning sunset bar, IP BAR at Pullman Bali Legian Beach is a private escape amidst the buzz of the Kuta and Legian neighbourhoods. Perched on the third floor next to the infinity pool, this bar has 34 sun loungers and is open from 10am to 8pm.
As you step in, you will be greeted by the stunning, expansive ocean view. Live saxophone music is available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4pm to 7pm, and DJ plays on the other days. If you are looking for a more exclusive space, IP BAR can also be reserved for private round-table dinners with a capacity of up to 60 guests.
The à la carte menu at IP BAR showcases multi-national cuisines with generous portions and authentic flavours. Highlights include crispy Balinese duck, served french fries; and the Taco Chicken Quesadilla served with three choices of dip sauce: vibrant tomato salsa, creamy guacamole and mayonnaise. The Chicken Tikka Pizza is also great for sharing, topped with roasted chicken, tangy pickled onion and crowned with mint yoghurt and rich gravy.
For something lighter, try the Mexican rice bowl or tuna poke bowl, or try its desserts, as its Nutella-filled crepes and rich dark chocolate brownies are irresistible.
IP BAR also boasts a wide range of beverages. Gin and tonic lovers shouldn’t miss Mystical Green, and as the sun dips, there’s nothing better than sipping Golden Hour, a VCO rum-based cocktail. With a happy hour from 2pm to 5pm, IP BAR is more than just a perfect ocean-view bar – it’s an unforgettable experience.
