Arriba is thrilled to introduce Sensory Scapes, an exciting event that blends space, music and sensory experiences this Halloween. Set against the stunning backdrop of the jungle and river, this event will feature live music across different genres, with performances interacting dynamically with the surrounding landscape. Paired with bespoke cocktails that carefully crafted to complement the atmosphere, guests will have an immersive experience that captivate all the senses.
Join the Day of the Dead Celebration, set on Saturday, 2 November 2024, from 4pm to 8pm. This event is inspired by El Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), the vibrant Mexican tradition that honours loved ones who have passed. On El Día de Muertos, it is believed that the barrier between the living and the spirit world dissolves, allowing souls to return and reunite with their loved ones to feast, dance, drink and play music, turning grieve into a joyful celebration.
As the sun sets, guests will be treated to live performances by Neo & Friends, who will set the mood with their magical sonic chemistry, blending traditional instruments with the modern sounds. And when the night falls, DJ Seabass will play a diverse selection of tunes, ranging from Balearic to psychedelic music.
To enhance the experience, Arriba’s Bar Manager, Aditya Yonida, has crafted two exclusive cocktails for the evening, featuring Don Julio Blanco tequila—Wind’s Whisper that is inspired by a wandering spirit that drifts between worlds, and La Sangre Viva that is inspired by the marigold petals that guide the souls of the departed back to the living—both honouring the rich symbolism of El Día de Muertos.
