The Apurva Kempinski Bali continues its Celebration of Culinary Arts series by welcoming Michelin-starred Chef Andrée Rosier for a limited-time culinary collaboration, showcasing the refined flavours of French Basque cuisine through a trio of exclusive dining experiences.
The Apurva Kempinski Bali is once again elevating Bali’s dining landscape with the latest edition of its Celebration of Culinary Arts, welcoming acclaimed French chef Andrée Rosier from 31 July to 5 August 2026. Throughout the week, guests are invited to experience a series of exclusive collaborations that celebrate craftsmanship, creativity and the timeless elegance of French gastronomy.
Hailing from France’s Basque Country, Rosier is celebrated as the owner of the Michelin-starred Les Rosiers in Biarritz and made culinary history in 2007 as the first woman to receive the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) title in haute cuisine. Since then, she has expanded her influence internationally through acclaimed restaurants in Japan and menu collaborations for Air France’s Business Class, while continuing to champion the rich culinary heritage of her homeland.
The culinary programme begins with a vibrant Tapas Evening at L’Atelier by Cyril Kongo on 31 July 2026, where Chef Rosier joins forces with fellow MOF recipient Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer. The celebration continues on 2 August 2026 with an indulgent Sunday Brunchcation at Pala Restaurant, before concluding on 5 August 2026 with an exclusive multi-course dinner at Koral Restaurant alongside Executive Chef Jonas Noel. Each event highlights the harmony between French Basque traditions and The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s distinctive culinary philosophy.
