A visit to Bali is never complete without savouring the island’s signature fare, but you can do something better than just taste delicious Balinese dishes: learn how to cook them! Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta presents an authentic Balinese cooking class at the hotel’s Vertigo Rooftop & Bar. Led by Executive Sous Chef Komang Wirta, participants will learn how to make Bali’s favourite dishes, like sate lilit, urap (mixed salad) and Balinese grilled chicken.
The class takes guests on a hands-on cooking journey, starting from the educative preparation stage – where the chef teaches what’s behind each step and the selection of ingredients, to making and finally enjoying the dishes. You can also bring home the ultimate right to brag: a certificate of completion. After the class is finished, you can taste the dishes that you’ve made in the cool setting of the rooftop bar with a lively Kuta neighbourhood vista.
