With over two decades of experience and a remarkable career spanning across the globe, Chef Sugiantara is poised to bring his innovative culinary artistry to Bali’s luxury dining scene.
This prestigious appointment is a homecoming for Chef Sugiantara, who returns to the COMO family with an illustrious legacy. His previous experiences at COMO Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos and COMO Cocoa Island in The Maldives saw him lead world-class culinary teams known for their creativity and excellence. In addition to his time with COMO, Chef Sugiantara recently served as Executive Chef at Nawa Labuan Bajo and collaborated with Michelin-starred Chef Stefano Cavallini, further honing his expertise in creating luxury dining experiences.
At COMO Uma Canggu, Chef Sugiantara’s vision aligns with the resort’s ethos of providing elevated dining experiences inspired by sustainability and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
