With a menu that highlights the Mediterranean’s dedication to wellness and flavourful food, Elara transports guests to a world of sun-kissed shores and classic elegance. Crafted using ingredients that are sourced locally, the menu offers classic dishes like grilled lamb rack marinated for 12 hours and served with chimichurri, crumble, tahini and yoghurt purée. There is also a refreshing cured salmon crudo that is paired with pickled onions, capers, labneh and extra virgin olive oil. For those with a sweet tooth, the roasted figs with stracciatella, pomegranate and blueberries provide a delightful finish.
Guests at Elara can bask in the Balinese sunshine while sipping on handcrafted cocktails in the breezy al fresco areas, which include spacious cabanas and a temperature-controlled swimming pool with stunning ocean views.
