Throughout the month of August, Plaza Indonesia will present the Indonesia Food & Art Festival to commemorate the 74th anniversary of Indonesian Independence Day. With the theme I Love Indonesia, the event seeks to appreciate and preserve Indonesia’s culinary wealth, as well as providing a pedestal for local artists to shine.
Like last year, the Indonesia Food & Art Festival will consist of two main programs. Cita Rasa Indonesia Feast will feature dozens of F&B outlets both inside and outside Plaza Indonesia introducing Indonesia’s culinary creations. Visitors to this festival will be able taste signature dishes inspired by Indonesia from famous cafes and restaurants, including La Moda, AMKC Atelier and Bistro Baron.
Meanwhile, the I Love Indonesian Art Exhibition will showcase brilliant artwork from cross-era Indonesian artists. Exciting activities such as Art Talk and Art Workshop with respected Indonesian artists will also be held. The festival is a manifestation of Plaza Indonesia’s commitment to supporting culinary creations and art as examples of Indonesia’s strength and identity and presenting them to be enjoyed by the international community.
