Welcoming back diners after a short break, the restaurant is introducing a new menu that will surely tantalise the taste buds. The new menu offers guests an eclectic choice of delicious and tasty dishes, such as The Poulet Roti en Cocotte, a whole roasted chicken served with creamy and comforting barbecue sauce with a light taste of caramelised butter. Other favourites include France’s famed snails as an appetiser, Escargot de Bourgogne, and the all-time favourite Pan-Seared Foie Gras with prune chutney, pickled plum and candied walnut, adding a hint of tart sweetness complemented by Lyon’s homemade brioche.
Completing the dining experience, guests can choose from six tantalising dishes including Profiterole Au Chocolate, a luscious mix of Balinese vanilla ice cream, Maluku walnut and chocolate sauce, or Piedmont Hazelnut Paris Brest, a choux pastry filled with roasted hazelnut and praline cream.
Lyon at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta is open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, while the Saturday brunch is available weekly from 11.30am to 3pm.
