Nautilus Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta celebrates the Negroni Week as part of the POURED by Four Seasons programme.

From 12 to 18 September 2022, Nautilus Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta invites Negroni enthusiasts to enjoy the classic cocktail that dates back to 1919 Italia with modern twists. On top of that, another week of Negroni-inspired festivities will continue until 25 September.

Nautilus Bar is known for its Indonesian maritime concept, inspired by the country’s spice trade during the 16th century, with artworks of the historical Sunda Kelapa port, as well as nautical-inspired elements.

To pay a tribute to the popular classic cocktail, the hotel’s head bartender Henry “Ale” Maraben Siktimu has crafted two creative Negroni interpretations imbued with a Nusantara touch. The Coco Pandan Negroni is concocted from fat-washed coconut oil Bulldog gin, homemade pandan liqueur, Cinzano Rosso vermouth and Campari. Meanwhile the Nutmeg Negroni substitutes gin with nutmeg-infused Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey, in addition to shiraz reduction, Cinzano Rosso vermouth and Campari. Adding the Negroni merriment are two curated cocktails: the Black Pearl from Argo Bar at Four Seasons Hong Kong and Café Negroni from Charles H. at Four Seasons Seoul.

Commemorating 10th anniversary of the Negroni Week celebration, Nautilus has pledged to donate a portion of the Negroni cocktail sale to a dedicated charitable fund managed by Slow Food.
