Classic recipes and contemporary Campari creations take over the beachfront bar for a week of aperitivo by the Indian Ocean.
Negroni Week 2026 at Alila Seminyak brings five Campari-based cocktails to Beach Bar from 21 to 27 September, where classic recipes meet contemporary interpretations at Petitenget Beach. Daybeds and lounge chairs face the Indian Ocean, while the open-air bar and sound of the waves shape the experience from afternoon into sunset.
The menu moves from the familiar Classic Negroni and lighter Classic Americano to richer and more contemporary expressions, including the Chocolate Negroni, Ameroni, and Campari Spritz. These classic pours and sweeter twists are also available at Zia Tina in KLEO Seminyak.
From Friday to Sunday, live entertainment accompanies the drinks as guests settle in for a Seminyak sundowner. Negroni Week 2026 at Alila Seminyak keeps the focus on the cocktails, with Beach Bar’s ocean views and waterfront setting providing the backdrop.
