Alila Villas Uluwatu collaborates with Park Hyatt Jakarta to bring a delightful dining experience of Japanese cuisine.
Overlooking the gorgeous views of the Indian Ocean, CIRE at Alila Villas Uluwatu will play host to Chef Takeumi Hiraoka from KITA 喜多Restaurant at Park Hyatt Jakarta. Starting from 10 to 13 April 2023, the Japanese chef will takeover the restaurant and tantalise diners’ taste buds with exquisite Japanese cuisine.
Born in Japan, Chef Takeumi is a master of delicate knife techniques essential for preparing authentic Japanese cuisine. Having honed his skills worldwide, his last post before moving to Jakarta was to open SORA Japanese restaurant at Park Hyatt Doha, whose discerning diners included the Qatari royalty.
Under his hands, KITA 喜多Restaurant at Park Hyatt Jakarta impresses diners with authentic modern Japanese cuisine, ranging from sushi and sashimi to shabu shabu, teppanyaki, tempura and robatayaki.
Across four days, guests at Alila Villas Uluwatu will have the opportunity to enjoy a menu of signature dishes created by this master of his craft at CIRE. The collaborative menu invites diners to enjoy the perfect balance of freshness and flavour in a variety of nigiri sushi and sashimi, robata grill dishes and lobster tempura with a sweet and spicy sauce, along with appetisers, soba noodles and desserts.
