The restaurant was born out of the visionary ideas of a group of friends sharing the same dream, including Chefs Andres Becerra and German Rincon, who helm the kitchen. Hailing all the way from Colombia, the chefs bring their illustrious and worldly culinary experience to create a creative modern menu inspired by the flavours they came across in Europe, the Mediterranean and Latin America.

Start with the foie gras parfait with sauternes, blackcurrant, hibiscus and semolina crackers; and the smoked goldband snapper with citrus dressing, avocado and plantain crackers. One of the delectable highlights at Santanera is the Aguachile, comprising Hokkaido scallops, avocado and cassava crackers. Savour hearty seafood mains, such as the crowd favourite char-grilled octopus with cabbage, chilli and lemon emulsion; or the seafood casserole with slipper lobster, baby squid, octopus and confit potatoes.
