Presenting excellent fusion dishes, Chef Reynaldi uses only the best ingredients, such as imported meats for his braised beef cheek and buttered poached sea bass. For something more filling, the grill section features a fine selection of cuts, ranging from tomahawk and tenderloin to striploin and seafood.
