Officially opening its doors on 20 December 2024, French Kiss promises an extraordinary dining experience, seamlessly blending authentic French flavours with contemporary innovation.
More than just a restaurant, French Kiss is a celebration of the artistry of French gastronomy. The menu presents a meticulously curated selection of signature dishes, each crafted to perfection, from Persillade Baked Mussels with crisp potato chips and the exquisite French Kiss Pâté en Croûte to Wild-Caught Fish “Quenelle Sauce Nantua” featuring Toba Lake crayfish, Wagyu Beef “Rossini” with duck foie gras and black truffle sauce, and the indulgent Le French Kiss with Amarena cherry Fabbri and Valrhona chocolate crème.
Complementing its culinary excellence, French Kiss also boasts an exquisite selection of signature cocktails, including Notre Dame, a refreshing fusion of vodka essences, orange liqueur, passion fruit, lemon and basil, offering a vibrant citrus twist with herbal undertones; Citrus Croisette, where gin meets Passoa, green apple cordial, mixed citrus, orange bitters and rosemary in a delightful medley of zest and freshness; French Kiss, a fragrant and subtly sweet blend of vodka essences, peach liqueur, lavender, citrus and aromatic bitters; Pear Jardin, a harmonious mix of vodka, amaretto, pear shrubs, grapefruit and brown sugar, evoking the essence of a lush garden; and Monaco Sunset, a bold and smoky combination of bourbon whiskey, Limo aperitivo and vanilla syrup, smoked with whiskey oak chip wood for a rich depth of flavour.
At the helm of the kitchen is the exceptionally talented Chef Stéphane Simond, whose passion for French cuisine is evident in every exquisite dish. Open from Monday to Saturday, 5pm to 11.30pm, French Kiss warmly welcomes food connoisseurs, cocktail aficionados and anyone in search of a truly unique gastronomic adventure.
