For two nights only, the highly respected chef and his team will take over RedLevel at Gran Meliã Jakarta with an eclectic fine dining offering. Guests will be treated to a six-course dinner of Ju-Ma-Na’s specialities, which includes amuse bouche, scallop cannelloni with textures of apple, lobster cappuccino, corn ravioli, miso gindara, Angus beef two-ways and the signature dessert of passion fruit cremeux. Dinner starts at IDR900,000++ per person.
For a more elaborate affair with the whole family, the hotel will also set up a special Ju-Ma-Na Balinese corner on 19 and 20 December 2020 during brunch at Café Gran Via. The special corner will be prepared by chef Agus Wiryawan and is available for an additional cost of IDR499,000 net per person.
