Established in 1992 by trailblazers Bill and Lyn Lark, LARK Distilling Co. has revolutionised the whisky industry in Australia and abroad. From its humble beginnings on a kitchen table, LARK has grown to become Australia’s number one luxury single malt whisky brand. Additionally, at the Australian Whisky Awards in March 2023, LARK was named Distillery of the Year, while DARK LARK earned the title of Single Malt of the Year. Individual accolades also highlighted the distillery’s excellence, with Bill Lark being honoured as Personality of the Year and Master Distiller Chris Thomson receiving the Distiller of the Year award.
