As the only Michelin-star steakhouse in Singapore, CUT offers a selection of rare, premium meats, including Hokkaido snow beef, Kagoshima wagyu and exquisite cuts from three continents. Each steak is expertly seasoned, grilled over charcoal and applewood, cooked to perfection at 1,200 degrees and served with various house-made sauces bursting with flavour.
In line with Chef Wolfgang Puck’s spirit of innovation, CUT has recently introduced ten new dishes featuring prised seafood, such as giant Alaska king crab, abalone sourced by the renowned Haenyeo free-divers of Jeju and tender Scottish bamboo clams.
