The pro-athlete-turned-chef brings his passion for travelling and adventure into the kitchen and, whipping out some of the best-made dishes in the world, was awarded a Michelin star for his restaurant DOSA in Seoul, South Korea.
Born in Korea and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Akira used his profound memories from travelling the world as an athlete and experience alongside world-renowned chefs to open his namesake restaurant, Akira Back, a modern Japanese restaurant with Korean essence.
