Adding more diversity to Bali’s culinary offerings, Ikra Bali quickly became a favourite for distinguished diners on the island. Helmed by founder and culinary director Fernando Trump, the restaurant offers a unique modern café ambience with hints of Slavic cuisine. Born out of a desire to create more jobs and skillshare programmes, Ikra aims to give back to the beautiful community in Bali and create a sustainable, zero-waste ecosystem. Ikra also has its own production kitchen, bakery and smoking station where all the homemade bread, pickling, smoked and cured meats, preserves, honey and house-brewed beverages are created for guests to purchase and enjoy in the comfort of their own homes.
