Since its opening in December 2021, Behind the Green Door has an unrivalled desire to deliver a complete party experience by offering what a good party needs. The popular hangout was already known for its potent libations, created by Leading Mixologist Harris Mahendra, and now the experience is complete with the elevated bites by the new creative director and executive chef of Kilo Collective Family – the group that encompasses Behind the Green Door – Jethro Vincent.
The inspired snack menu includes meats, seafood and classic bar food items, all served with a refined twist, with highlights including croquette nero, beef tongue skewers, pickled mussel toast, Japanese oysters, liver parfait cigars, beef sliders, and more.
