Arriba’s cocktails are as bold as its design, with a focus on Latin-American spirits infused with a twist of Indonesian flair. The Klepon Colada, a playful take on the classic pina colada, combines white rum with a homemade coconut mix and pandan brown sugar, echoing the beloved Indonesian klepon snack. Meanwhile, the Pisco Arriba Sour offers a refreshing twist on the classic Pisco Sour, combining the vibrant flavours of Pisco—a traditional spirit from the winemaking regions of Peru and Chile—with the richness of Oleo Saccharum, fresh citrus juice, honey syrup and a dash of orange bitters. This perfectly balanced cocktail, with its subtle sweetness and bright citrus notes, is ideal for savouring as the sun sets.
