This summer’s highlights include refreshing and intricate creations such as the Maguro Tortilla, available exclusively through the omakase experience, and expertly prepared cuts of premium wagyu. The meal closes on a subtle and vibrant note with the Matcha Goma Berry, a dessert that ties together the experience with balance and finesse.
Chef Soichiro personally updates the omakase menu each month, offering regular guests something new with every visit. This season, diners can choose from three different sets: the Summer Omakase starting at Rp999,000++, the Premium Summer Omakase at Rp1,399,000++, and the signature Soichiro’s Summer Omakase priced at Rp1,999,000++, which includes a special feature: the Premium Katsu Sando, a dish only available in the highest-tier set.
