Perched atop the resort with sweeping 180-degree views over the forest and tropical valley below, The Puhu Restaurant offers a scintillating all-day dining experience set against one of Ubud’s most breathtaking backdrops. As every meal unfolds a different story to tell, the dining experience is surely as spectacular as the view.
Available from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, each evening is thoughtfully curated to showcase global inspirations and local heritage. Enhancing the culinary storytelling experience is a rotating themed buffet, with menus changing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. All nights further complimented by a graceful nightly Balinese Joged Dance performance.
On Mondays, experience “Taste of Asia” through a curated selection of signature dishes inspired by the bold colours of Korea, Japan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and China. Celebrating Asia’s diversity through an epic culinary flair that blends tradition and the contemporary.
By Wednesday, bask in a celebration of smoke and fire as The Puhu Restaurant invites guests to a celebration of fire and flavour with “Forest BBQ & Grill.” With expertly grilled selections prepared with artisanal marinades and specialised cooking techniques as inspired by the forest landscapes.
Escape for the weekends as Saturday introduces “Soul of Nusantara.” A meaningful tribute to Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage that showcases timeless Indonesian classics from across the archipelago. The theme presents a thoughtful homage to the soul of Indonesian cuisine through recipes that bring out authentic tastes
