W Bali – Seminyak has unveiled an exciting new chapter for FIRE, its signature restaurant, introducing a refreshed dining concept that celebrates the transformative power of fire, wood, and ash. Designed to elevate the art of modern grilling, the relaunch presents a culinary experience where familiar comfort food is reimagined through refined techniques, layered flavours, and contemporary creativity.
At the heart of the renewed concept is a philosophy of transformation. Every ingredient is thoughtfully prepared over open flames, allowing natural flavours, textures, and aromas to develop with depth and character. Complementing the experience is a newly introduced Wine Wall, showcasing a carefully curated selection of wines chosen to pair seamlessly with FIRE’s smoky and robust culinary offerings.
The new menu is the result of a creative collaboration between Senior Sous Chef I Made Sember and French Executive Sous Chef Jules Winckler. Together, they blend local passion with international expertise, crafting dishes that reflect both innovation and craftmanship.
