Home to some of the best flavours in Hong Kong, Caprice is welcoming an array of chefs to partner with culinary maestro, Guillaume Galliot, to satisfy the masses.
Caprice, the acclaimed three-Michelin-starred French restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, is set to host a gastronomic celebration in honour of Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot’s 20th anniversary in Asia. Scheduled from January 17 to 20, 2024, this special event will feature Chef Guillaume collaborating with 26 renowned chefs from around the world, boasting over 30 Michelin stars collectively. Together with Caprice’s culinary team, including Chef de Cuisine Suveg Kavatkar and Pastry Chef Yann Riedmuller, along with several chefs currently working in the likes of France, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand and the UAE look to curate an unforgettable dining experience for all.
Chef Guillaume Galliot, a distinguished French chef, showcases his expertise in classical French techniques while demonstrating a remarkable ability to harmonise flavours from around the world. His culinary journey in Asia began in Singapore, followed by stints in Beijing and Macau, before he joined Caprice in Hong Kong in 2017. At Caprice, he brings a visionary approach to French cuisine, where the essence of France harmoniously blends with global culinary influences on every plate.
Chef Guillaume’s pride and joy, Caprice, achieved three Michelin stars in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2019 and has maintained this prestigious status for five consecutive years. Throughout the four-night celebration, Chef Guillaume will partner with six chefs each night to craft distinctive tasting menus. Each menu promises a delightful fusion of diverse culinary traditions and flavours, skillfully composed by these top-notch chefs.
