With an emphasis on elevating your celebration, the restaurant celebrates the Year of the Dragon with a specially crafted spread called Makase at Oriental Feast, which is available for one night only. Diners at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach are in for a treat on 10 February 2024 from 6pm to 10pm. In addition to the always-popular dessert options, the skilled culinary team is cooking a variety of heritage-inspired dishes, such as roast lamb and yee shang, as well as a special Chinese cuisine station.
The evening will also feature a special chef from Singapore who will be serving his unique recipes that draw inspiration from the region. Chef Timothy Loh, a rising star in the culinary arts, will take your dining experience to new heights with his favourite Singaporean dishes. Expect crowd-pleasers such as assam curry tuna tartare, chilli crab bao, pork belly buah kelauk and kaya toast.
The Makase at Oriental Feast is priced at IDR750,000++ with a welcome drink, water or soft drinks included. There will be a barong sai performance during dinner to add to the festive celebration.
