Behind the culinary magic is Executive Chef Ben Harrington, hailing all the way from Essex, United Kingdom. With more than 15 years of illustrious experience, including at Gordon Ramsay’s Soho House, London’s Stratford Hotel and more, Harrington brings a Mediterranean-inspired fare incorporated with a Balinese twist.
