I oversee strategic planning, hands-on execution and the finer details that ensure both guest satisfaction and business success. It’s a balancing act that requires flexibility, problem-solving on the go and an unwavering commitment to hospitality excellence.

A: My key attributes lie in innovation, leadership and adaptability. These qualities help me consistently drive business success while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and fostering team cohesion.
E: Are you more of a team player or a team leader?
A: I embody both roles. Effective leadership stems from understanding and connecting with your team, empowering them and fostering collaboration. By doing so, we achieve outstanding results, deliver unparalleled guest experiences and maintain a supportive and thriving work environment.
E: Who has been the most influential figure in your career so far?
A: The most influential figure in my career has been Cristiano Rinaldi, the President of Capella Hotel Group. He has been an incredible source of inspiration, shaping my leadership style and fostering my growth both professionally and personally. His mentorship and guidance have profoundly impacted my career, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to learn from someone of his calibre.

A: Our culinary philosophy revolves around simplicity done exceptionally well. At Capella Bangkok, we highlight the natural flavours of high-quality ingredients, presenting them with minimal fuss but maximum impact.
