William, the head chef/owner and creative genius behind Sensorium, brings his culinary journey full circle. Born and raised in Medan, William spent much of his life and honed his culinary skills in Australia. His extensive experience in fine-dining establishments across Australia laid the foundation for his passion project: Sensorium.
