The Answer
at Bistro Garcon
The idea of The Answer comes from a unique happenstance in which a certain group of regulars at Garcon asked for something new that was not on the menu – something that was thirst-quenching with a balanced punch of alcohol to boot. The group got what they wanted and were very satisfied, and asked what the name of this new cocktail was – only the bartenders hadn’t thought of a name. “This, sirs, is The Answer to your request.” And thus the name was coined with cheers and applause. The Answer is a gin-based brew infused with simple syrup, caramel drops, a dash of bitters, and citrus extracts, and it provides a very well-balanced freshness that’s perfect to douse your exhaustion after a hard day’s work.
