A number of T’ang Court’s signature selections are available in Jakarta, from house icons T’ang Court Peking duck and pan-fried short ribs in honey glaze, to the innovative steamed spotted grouper and steamed fresh crab claw on egg custard with caviar and crispy rice in lobster bisque.
Located on the 61st floor, facing north and east, every table in T’ang Court is graced by breathtaking views of Jakarta, meaning, whether diners sit in the beautiful dining area or in one of the lavish private rooms, it’s probably one of the most scenic Cantonese meals they will ever have.
