Her masterful touch enhances the restaurant’s Asian fusion menu, which celebrates a diverse array of flavours inspired by the culinary traditions of Bali, Thailand, Japan and Korea. The dining experience is designed for sharing, reflecting the Balinese tradition of communal feasting. It begins with light yet flavourful starters such as Jimbaran prawn salad or smoked pomelos in a shell, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
The main courses further elevate the dining experience, featuring both the bounty of the sea and the richness of premium cuts of meat. A highlight is the signature local sea bass, wrapped in banana leaves and infused with a fragrant blend of grated coconut, turmeric, mustard seed and lemongrass.
