Celebrity Chef Luke Mangan also recently brought his acclaimed brand to Bali with the opening of Salt tapas in Sentosa Seminyak. The highly anticipated restaurant, which serves up Mangan’s fresh modern take on Australian cuisine, had a grand opening party on Saturday, Sept. 21st. The 300 VIP guests at the party got to enjoy plenty of Mangan’s signature small bites as well as creative cocktails courtesy of Michael Callahan, the head bartender of Singapore’s hip 28 Hong Kong Street and cocktail consultant for Salt tapas. The Grand Opening, in conjunction with the launch of Design Dope, showcased local fashion designer talents in a 30 minute fashion parade, on a custom-built stage, on Club Sentosa’s swimming pool. Beats, courtesy of DJ Joe White, DJ Niina and DJ Nick Fields, kept the party going late into the night.
