Collage’s signature sumptuous weekend brunch showcases a wide range of culinary delights, from the appetiser section comprising cold cuts, weekly soup choices, a fresh assortment of sushi, sashimi, cheeses and salads, to a seafood station with fresh crab, lobster and mussels. The grill station is not to be missed, serving various selections of delectable steaks, roast chicken and assorted sausages, while the pasta live-cooking station makes fresh pasta to order with a selection of hearty sauces.
