Adding another level of sophistication to the dining scene, Mulia Bali is now opening The Lounge to the public with Apricena, featuring award-winning chef Nicola Russo.
Born in the historic Tuscan city of Pisa, chef Nicola Russo’s culinary career began when he was very young. Honing his experience at several Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, chef Nicola is now ready to indulge your appetite every Friday at The Lounge. With scenic views over the Oasis Pool, Bali’s longest oceanfront infinity swimming pool, Apericena is a treat for people who appreciate good food and a six or eight-course degustation dinner.
Every Friday, evenings at Apericena will start with a sunset cocktail and delectable canapés to welcome guests. In the lavish ambience of The Lounge, guests can savour contemporary international dishes that draw inspiration from the chef’s Italian heritage, with culinary influences from the Mediterranean coastlines of the Rivieras and the Adriatic Sea to the island of Greece.
With a focus on ingredients from the ocean, each week the menu will be simple but executed with bold flavours to present the right balance between fine dining and home comfort. The simple presentation will blend harmoniously with Mulia Bali’s flawless service. A wine-pairing menu is also available through a great selection from the chef and the in-house sommelier for an elevated dining experience.
