With a stylish interior evoking the delights of a long Scandinavian summer, FINDS (Finland – Iceland – Norway – Demark – Sweden), helmed by multi award-winning celebrity chef Jaakko Sorsa, is an exceptional Nordic restaurant ensconced within Luxe Manor, a stylishly luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
Inspired by the generous Nordic seasons, the menu at FINDS features ingredients imported directly from Northern Europe, complemented with original Nordic cooking techniques such as smoking, curing, pickling and fermenting.
Game is a key component at FINDS, with dishes like Venison pastrami, poached pike and Grandma Ida’s meatballs, but nothing typifies the restaurant’s philosophy and creativity better than Jaakko’s fabulous Nordic classic, the Venison Rydberg named after the famous Swedish hotel in which it was first served. Succulent slices of delicious lean venison tenderloin are served atop crisp potatoes and onion, with poached egg yolk, scorched baby leek and beet compote.
