The five-star resort’s FIRE restaurant proudly presents Ember by Fire, an exquisite weekend dining experience.
On 7 May 2023, FIRE restaurant at W Bali – Seminyak was making a comeback for its Sunday brunch ritual with an elevated dining experience named Ember by Fire. Just like the conceptual restaurant, the new brunch draws inspiration from Balinese lore depicted in the fiery Kecak dance. Available every first Sunday of each month, the brunch brings a modern approach to authentic Balinese spices, enhancing the freshly caught seafood and premium meats, grilled using coconut husk for fragrance.
The dining journey encourages diners to take their time and take it easy, with a step-by-step à la carte serving in which you can sample all the dishes offered, as well as order second helpings of the dishes of your choosing. Amp up the experience by opting for the cocktail- or wine-pairing options.
The seafood and meaty goodness are grilled by your table, adding a memorable element to the experience. The cheese platter and dessert selection will also be carted to your table. Some of the highlights are the slow-cooked pork belly with 63-degree free range egg benedict and foie gras on a French toast to start. Continue with the grilled lobster, tomahawk and spicy chorizo, and more.
The brunch package is available at IDR950,000++ for food and non-alcohol beverages, IDR1,450,000++ for the cocktail pairing package, and IDR2,400,000++ for the premium wines and Champagne package.
