As Bali prepares to welcome 2022, the chefs at Starfish Bloo have been honing skills and delighting diners with their inspiring Sunday brunch, a twist on Western flavours inspired by Asian influences. Guests of all ages and from all around Bali are invited to pop in for a delightfully witty brunch session, Sunday from 12pm until 3.30pm.
Starfish Bloo offers a blend of casual beachside dining with a twist of glamour and during the week serves regionally imagined recipes and chef-curated tasting menus of seafood delicacies. However, it shines on Sundays.
Diners may start their culinary journey with Goya Tuna and Pass Around Tempura Oysters. Moving on to the mains, gourmands are presented with local seafood on ice, a BBQ corner including Balinese Pork Sam Sam, a bento bowl station, sushi & sashimi station, an Indonesian and Indian station, all rounded out with a perfect ending of tempting sweet treats for the palate.
For those looking to begin their brunch festivities earlier in the morning, guests can warm themselves up for the eating extravaganza with Buy 1 Get 1 Free on select beverages from W Lounge between 11am-12pm. After brunch, retire to the Woobar where all beverages are offered at 20 percent off regular menu prices. The entertainment for the afternoon starts at 12pm and rocks along until 5pm, during which a live DJ performance sets the mood for an afternoon of leisure by the pool or on the sand with music tailored to suit the vibe of the venue.
