The prime Seminyak dining venue is changing the game for the rest of 2023.
Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is not short of dining opportunities and is continuing to expand its array of delicious dishes for guests of the hotel and newcomers alike. Located along the sparkling waters of Seminyak’s shores, this destination is known for its open concept and welcoming atmosphere, especially at its restaurant Makase.
Headed by Executive Chef Heri Riskiawan Efendi, Makase has upgraded its menu to take diners on a journey through Southeast Asia, namely Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. Authentic creations from each nation have been personally curated and crafted by Chef Heri through the development of flavouring and continuous testing. An open kitchen concept makes it a personal experience for everyone upon arrival, with vibrant coloured surroundings and an intimate atmosphere. To top it off, cosy outdoor seating is available in addition to the spacious indoor setting, all open from 6.30am to 11pm daily to ensure a convenient visit at any time.
A new selection of culinary selections has hit plates at Makase thanks to Chef Heri and Chef Golf, a new face in the kitchen at the restaurant. Among Chef Heri’s top picks in his new menu include the 400-gram Lamb Shank, made with lamb, sweet soy sauce, shallot, chilli and tomato. Others are the 500-gram boneless baby chicken with pumpkin shoot and chilli jam or the Thai-style minced chicken with iceberg, mint leaves, Thai basil and house-made sweet chilli dipping sauce for those who like Thai food.
Chef Golf, being a source of fresh inspiration in the kitchen at Makase, started on 26 October and is bringing the menu to new heights with some of her favourites as well. Her list of creations features chicken green curry, spicy prawn soup, seafood pineapple fried rice and many more that are available daily until the end of 2023.
